10. PERIODIC CHECKS

The following check list can help keep your Lane Liner in optimal condition. Keep this list in an obvious place near the machine.

10.1. At Delivery

  1. Check air and fluid pressure.
  2. Adjust the power of the air extractor unit.

10.2. Daily

  1. Clean the squeegee rubber strips in the stripper unit. Remove attached dust and dirt.
  2. Clean the Equalizer Brush.

10.3. Weekly

  1. Drain waste oil.
  2. Remove dust and dirt that has accumulated inside the suction pipe inside the stripper unit. Excess dirt inside the suction pipe can cause undesirable dripping of the stripper unit.

10.4. Monthly

  1. Check air and fluid pressure.
  2. Make sure there are no air bubbles in oil tubes (see also 'Draining Air from the Oil Tubes' on page 14).

10.5. Once a Year

  1. Adjust the power of the air extractor unit.
  2. Replace the equalizer brush  (component no. 1131).
  3. Clean and de-grease the clean water tank, the waste water tank  and the water tubes in the stripper unit.
  4. Replace the oil filter in the control compartment (component no. 1241) and the water filter in the stripper unit (component no. 1330), then drain the air from the oil tubes.

10.6. Never

  1. Never clean or replace the air filter.
  2. Never clean the inside of the spraying compartment.
  3. Never clean the liquid and air orifices in the oil spray nozzles.
