The Levab Lane Liner

The Levab Lane Liner is the lane conditioning machine that will forever change the way you view the daily maintenance of your bowling lanes. The underlying principle is the Direct Spray Application™ system (patented).

Two individually operated air atomizing spray nozzles work together to apply the conditioner oil directly onto your lanes. Since there is no internal buffering or storage of oil during the application process, each lane will get exactly the same condition. The influence of temperature, humidity, dust, and lane irregularities has been virtually eliminated.

During operation, the speed along the lane determines the thickness of the oil layer: the higher the speed, the thinner the oil layer. This principle is used to obtain a conditioning pattern that gradually decreases along the lane, thus greatly reducing carry-down.

Through a built-in LCD display, the settings of the machine can be viewed and modified. Also a Windows-PC, -notebook or Palm Pilot handheld can be connected to view and modify your settings. Simply move the scrollbars; the graphs on the screen will directly display the effect on the conditioning pattern.

Display diagnostic messages; read system statistics, modify settings. No laptop needed! 3 Pre-programmed oiling profiles that can be quickly selected: 'Recreational', 'League', and 'Tournament'. Water pump in stripper unit has an adjustable duty cycle for optimal adjustment to your lanes. Oil pattern symmetry can be adjusted: more oil can be applied on the left or right side of the lane. Front handle bar is higher for easier handling. An extra large tip-up handle bar is also available. Improved speed control algorithm improves traction of drive motor.
